Semi-Private and Group Events

Samantha is available for a variety of group or corporate events. Below are a sample of class descriptions that may suit your needs:

Yoga 101: This fun, yet challenging course addresses the fundamental yoga poses with emphasis on alignment. This class is designed for beginners and will set you up with a solid foundation in yoga. 

Vinyasa: Vinyasa classes are energetic and link movement with breath. They incorporate elements of cardio, strength, and flexibility. Sweating may be involved.

Yin: Deep Stretch and Meditation: This class focuses on slow movement in the lower body, holding poses for 3-5 minutes to work the deep connective tissue. The class ends with a guided relaxation and meditation to cultivate clear, one-pointed thinking.

Gentle: Suitable for all ages, gentle yoga is a wonderful class that is easy on the body. Working within your range of motion, this class gently lengthens the muscles without working up a sweat. 

Restorative: Restorative is a deeply relaxing class with little movement (5-7 poses) to restore the body, reduce stress, and leave you feeling rejuvenated. This class includes a guided relaxation.
