On May 11, 2024, The Kampong, a historic estate and botanical garden in Miami, Florida, hosted a unique yoga and sound bowl class led by Catherine Gomez and me. Physicians and staff from Baptist Health South Miami Hospital participated in this rejuvenating experience, practicing yoga amidst the lush surroundings and soothing vibrations of sound bowls. The combination of movement, mindfulness, and nature created a serene atmosphere for attendees to connect with their inner balance.
