Through her brand Cafe Namaste™, Sam creates yoga and wellness events for businesses and residential buildings. Her signature Cafe Namaste event includes yoga, plant-based brunch with socially responsible brands and startups (when possible). Each event can be tailored to the individuals business’ goals and objectives.
Clients
Sam launched Cafe Namaste at Capital One Cafe, weekly yoga and meditation classes, free to the public. In addition to the weekly classes, Sam created, “Meditate & Money Talks” to promote financial freedom through Capital One’s coaching program.
Since 2019, Sam has hosted weekly yoga classes and monthly events open to residents and the public. Each event received 40-75 people in attendance and featured local socially responsible brands and plant-based vendors. X Miami is a residential property with a hotel in downtown Miami. Sam has featured brands including, but not limited to: GTS Kombucha, Kevita, Topo Chico, Qunno Energy Bars, Catered Fit, and more.
In collaboration with Tesla Store, Coral Gables, Sam hosted a Cafe Namaste morning yoga class, free to the public. The event was called, Supercharge Your Soul, and featured a yoga class and Tesla talk on their technology. Donations were collected to support the Chapman Partnership. Brands on-site included Xol Coffee, Kevita Kombucha, and Bola Granola. Participants were able to schedule test drives after class.
